Yes. StatementIQ processes uploads over encrypted HTTPS. Pay-per-sheet reports stay in your account for up to 24 hours, then are removed automatically. When you delete a report yourself, it disappears from your dashboard immediately. We do not sell your financial data.

Do you store my bank login or connect to my bank?

Accepted Answer

No. You upload PDF or Excel files you download from your bank or UPI app yourself. We never ask for net-banking passwords or API access to your account.

Can I delete my statement anytime?

Yes. Delete any upload from your report or statements page and it will no longer appear in your account. Removal is instant from your view.

A subscription is optional for personal use. Pay ₹49 when you unlock a statement, or subscribe monthly for 10 reports (₹149) or 25 reports (₹249). Subscribe from My account → Billing after you sign in. NBFC and business teams can choose monthly SaaS plans with multi-user access.

How do I subscribe for multiple bank statement reports?

Sign in to your personal StatementIQ account, open My account → Billing, and choose Starter (₹149/month for 10 statement analysis reports) or Plus (₹249/month for 25 reports). Each unlocked statement uses one credit. Your first report stays free and does not use a credit. Reports remain available for 24 hours.

Starter at ₹149/month includes 10 bank statement analysis reports. Plus at ₹249/month includes 25 reports. Each report includes FinHealth score, AI chat, and PDF/Excel download for that statement. Unused credits reset when the plan renews. You can still unlock a single extra statement for ₹49 without subscribing.

Can I upload a bank statement before signing in?

Yes. On the home page, free bank statement check, or financial documents hub, upload your PDF or Excel first. Then sign in with Google or email and we attach that same file to your personal account. Full analysis still needs an account.

Yes. After analysis, StatementIQ groups repeating merchants (rent, SIP, EMI, subscriptions) and normalizes names such as SWIGGY*123 to Swiggy so month-to-month spend is easier to compare.

No. Chat answers from your extracted transactions and cites statement txn ids. Rupee amounts come from the backend, not invented figures.

What file formats can I upload?

You can upload bank statement PDF, Excel (.xlsx/.xls), and CSV exports. Password-protected PDFs are supported when you provide the password at upload.

Will I get spending or EMI tips?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On your unlocked report, StatementIQ shows in-app tips from this statement — for example if food delivery spend rose versus last month, or if a recurring EMI is due soon. Tips appear only while the report is open (24 hours).

Do I need any external API key?

Accepted Answer

No. StatementIQ works with rule-based analysis by default. You can optionally use a local Ollama LLM to improve chat and categorization.
