• B2B accounts are for organizations and teams with role-based access control.
• B2C accounts are personal and follow pay-per-sheet/report access rules.
• You are responsible for account credentials and all actions under your account.

3. Data, uploads, and retention

• You confirm you have lawful rights to upload statements and financial documents.
• Pay-per-sheet data may be retained up to 30 days and then purged per configured retention policy.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized content.

4. Payments and credits

• Pay-per-sheet unlocks analysis/report access for the purchased resource.
• B2B credit packs and subscriptions are governed by billing plan limits and payment status.
• Refunds, if any, are subject to applicable law and payment provider terms.

5. Output and disclaimers

Analytics, risk signals, AI summaries, eligibility estimates, and generated reports are decision-support tools and not legal, accounting, or investment advice.

6. Prohibited use

• No reverse engineering, scraping abuse, credential sharing, or security bypass attempts.
• No use for unlawful discrimination, fraud, or unauthorized surveillance.
